1. Overview
Welcome to Quire. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Quire. We operate this website and store, offering related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
By visiting, browsing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Access and accounts
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory, or you have consent from a parent or guardian. You may be asked to provide details such as your email address, billing and shipping information, and payment details. You promise that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Our products
We aim to present our products clearly and accurately. Colours and appearance may vary due to screen settings and lighting. Descriptions and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to change or cancel it once accepted.
Returns and exchanges are handled under our Returns Policy.
Purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.
5. Prices, taxes and billing
Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time of your order, as shown in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, handling, taxes, customs and import charges.
You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information and to update it when needed. By submitting a card or other payment method, you confirm you are authorised to use it and that charges will be honoured.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our control. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery, except where required otherwise by law. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can help.

7. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, images, and layouts, is owned by Quire or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, distribute, display or create derivative works without our permission.
Quire names, logos and product names are trademarks of Quire or our affiliates. Other names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
8. Optional tools and third-party links
The Services may offer access to third-party tools or link to third-party websites. We do not control these tools or websites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of third-party tools or sites is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Quire is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales in our store are made by Quire, not by Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for your purchases from Quire. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with Quire.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy [LINK]. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information to provide the Services. Some personal information may be transferred to, or processed in, other countries.
11. Feedback and reviews
If you submit ideas, reviews or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and display that Feedback for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting the Services. You confirm you have the rights to provide the Feedback and that it does not violate any laws or rights. We may monitor or remove Feedback that we consider unlawful or inappropriate.
12. Errors and updates
From time to time the Services may contain errors or omissions, including in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We may correct these and update information or cancel orders if needed.
13. Acceptable use
Use the Services lawfully and respectfully. Do not:

- Harass, abuse, defame, intimidate or harm others
- Upload or transmit malware or other harmful code

To the extent permitted by law, Quire and our officers, employees, agents, partners and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, savings, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Services or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, and where permitted, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacement of the goods, repair of the goods, re-supply of the services, or payment of the cost of doing so.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quire and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents and partners from losses, damages and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Services.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed to the extent required, and the rest will remain in force.
19. Waiver and entire agreement
If we do not enforce a right, it is not a waiver. These Terms and any policies referenced here are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services and replace any prior agreements.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
22. Changes to these Terms
You can review the current Terms on this page. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. We will notify you of any material changes where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
