Returns & Refunds
We like things that last, including our relationship with you. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll help sort it out.
Change of Mind
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it if it’s unused, unmarked, and in its original condition.
To start a return, email hello@allandsome.com.au with your order number and a brief note. We’ll reply with instructions on how to send it back. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@allandsome.com.au with a short description and a photo if possible. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
All products are covered by Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or doesn’t match its description. These rights apply in addition to our 30-day return policy.
Exclusions
We’re unable to accept returns on, gift cards, made-to-order items, or final sale items (unless faulty).
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@allandsome.com.au.
